All 1st and 2nd grade girls on the North Shore are invited!

SCOOP Lacrosse is a developmental lacrosse program for young girls that teaches the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun, positive environment.

Instructor Bruce Doig of the Beverly Recreation Department will teach the basics necessary to umpire Little League and Girls Softball games. Earn money doing something you enjoy. Open to any boy or girl who will be 13 years old by April 1, 2013. Training includes rules of the game, on-field situations and umpiring mechanics for youth games. All participants receive rulebooks.

The Newburyport Education Foundation is gearing up to host the Summertime Family Music Festival. A fundraising event to support the Newburyport Education Foundation.

The 2012 YANKEE HOMECOMING FAMILY DAY at Maudslay State Park is slated to be better than ever with more activities for kids of all ages, more demonstrations on the main stage and a focus on having activities for family members ages 1-100!
